WPE-02: Conflict Resolution
This course provides a comprehensive roadmap through all six phases of the conflict resolution process and maps out the five main styles of conflict resolution. Rather than relying on a rigid, one-size-fits-all approach, learners will develop the flexibility to adapt the process for all types of conflicts. Crucially, participants will learn how to proactively break out parts of the process and apply those diagnostic tools early to prevent conflict before it escalates.
Finally, the course equips team members with a practical, everyday toolkit for self-regulation and dialogue. This includes mastering basic communication tools—such as the agreement frame and the strategic use of open questions—as well as basic anger and stress management techniques to ensure difficult conversations are handled with poise, empathy, and professionalism.
PER-01: Developing Emotional Intelligence
The course delivers highly practical, work-based strategies to identify tools to gain control over emotions, allowing you to maintain composure under pressure. You will determine effective verbal and nonverbal communication skills, master the techniques to successfully execute conflict resolution, and learn how to manage relationships with others with empathy and poise. By exploring practical ways to apply emotional intelligence in the workplace, you will also determine ways to make a great impression on others, turning your emotional intelligence into a distinct professional advantage.
SLS-03: High Performance Teams (Remote)
The course offers a deep dive into the mechanics of digital collaboration, helping leaders understand how to create teamwork that transcends physical boundaries. A central focus is placed on the importance of communication as the bedrock of remote success, alongside practical strategies on how to train and manage remote employees effectively. The workshop concludes with a masterclass in coordination, teaching the essential techniques of an effective team meeting to ensure every virtual touchpoint is productive and purposeful.
CAR-01: Communication Strategies
The course provides deep dives into specialized interpersonal tools, including developing non-verbal and paraverbal communication skills, utilizing "I" messages to express needs clearly, and applying the STAR method for structured, impactful responses. Participants will learn the art of active and effective listening, how to ask high-quality questions, and how to use appreciative inquiry as a transformative communication tool.
Beyond individual interactions, this workshop equips team members to adeptly converse and network with others, establish common ground, and identify and mitigate precipitating factors that can lead to workplace friction. By the end of this session, participants will have a robust toolkit for navigating complex professional dialogues with confidence and precision.
CAR-02: Time Management
The course provides practical guidance on how to organize your workspace and workflow to eliminate friction and make better use of your time. Beyond individual productivity, you will explore high-level coordination skills, including how to delegate more efficiently and plan meetings that are truly effective and appropriate. By incorporating daily rituals into your routine, you will learn to make your life run smoother and achieve a more sustainable work-life balance.
MNG-01: Leadership and Influence
The course emphasizes the critical need to understand the people you lead and provides a roadmap for adapting leadership styles to meet the specific needs of individuals and teams. Learners will master the four pillars of situational leadership: Directing, Coaching, Participating, and Delegating. Drawing on the renowned research of Kouzes and Posner, participants will learn how to model the way and inspire a collective heart. The workshop concludes with a strong focus on self-mastery, requiring learners to conduct a personal inventory, establish personal goals, and create a concrete action plan.
HRM-01: Employee Onboarding
This practical workshop equips HR leaders, managers, and team leads with the tools to build a comprehensive onboarding strategy. Participants will start by learning to define onboarding and understand the strategic benefits and purpose of a structured program. The course guides learners through how to recognize key preparation steps before a new hire's first day, identify effective ways to engage and follow up with employees throughout their transition, and clearly create expectations that align individual roles with organizational goals.
